Accessibility arrangements of Gindi R.A.G.L.M. Global Ltd.(H1)

Gindi R.A.G.L.M. Global Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Company“) makes every effort and invests many resources in order to provide all our customers with an equal, respectful, accessible and professional service. In accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law 5758-1998 and the regulations promulgated thereunder, great efforts and resources are invested in making the necessary accessibility adjustments that will enable a person with disabilities to receive the services provided to all customers, independently and equally.

Accessibility arrangements in administrative and main offices (H2)

Below are the current accessibility arrangements at the Company’s offices at: 1 Azrieli Center, Round Tower, 34th Floor, Tel Aviv. the Receiving Company : 03-6947647; Fax: 03-6947949

  • The offices are located in an accessible building. The parking lot includes parking spaces for people with disabilities, the entrance to the building and the offices are accessible and the building includes bathrooms for people with disabilities.

 

Accessible customer service (H2)

  • Service animal may enter the building, provided the animal is intended to assist a person with disabilities.
  • Guide dogs are allowed
  • A queue exemption may be obtained by eligible persons (subject to the presentation of a certificate).
  • If necessary, you may contact the administrative staff for assistance with filling out forms.
  • You can contact the Accessibility Coordinator to request accessible formats of information.
  • Employees training – accessible service – accessibility training sessions are provided. These sessions improve our employees’ awareness and provide them with practical tools that enable them to provide accessible services.
  • Accessible Call Center – The voicemail was made accessible such that information is conveyed in clear language and without background music.

Website Accessibility(H2)

An accessible website is a website that allows people with disabilities and senior citizens to browse the website with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other Users. In Israel, there are 1.6 million people with disabilities, 751,000 of whom are between the ages of 20 and 64. Statistical data point to large gaps between people with disabilities and people without disabilities in every aspect.

 

The Company believes in and strives for equal opportunities in online space for people with various disabilities and people who use assistive technology to use computers.

Site accessibility information (H3)

  • This site complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Adjustments of Accessibility for Services), 5773-2013.
  • Accessibility adjustments were made according to the recommendations prescribed under Israeli Standard (SI) 5568, which governs the accessibility of online content [AA level] and under WCAG 2.0.
  • The tests were examined to ensure optimal compatibility with Chrome.
  • The Website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports the accepted pattern of using a keyboard’s arrow keys, the Enter key and the Esc key to exit menus and windows.
  • Optimized for display on common browsers and cell phone usage.
  • For an optimal browsing experience (including a screen reader), we recommend using the latest NVDA software version.
  • Documents or videos uploaded before October 2017 may not be fully accessible. If you have encountered such a document or video, you may contact the Accessibility Coordinator at our company, and we will make sure to make the Information accessible to you.
  • Information via an accessible format – the Company makes enables its customers to receive information by means of accessible formats. The Information is provided free of charge and is intended for people with disabilities. If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact the Company’s Accessibility Coordinator, whose details are listed below.
